It might be cliched to label a game as ‘charming’ but that certainly doesn’t alter the fact that Tick Tock Isle is rather deserving of the well-worn adjective. Described as the spiritual successor to Cat Poke, Tick Tock Isle will have you playing as a dashing young horologist named Strike. On a rather dark and stormy night, you find yourself called upon to fix the clock tower on the island. Somewhere along the line, you end up getting punted back into the past. The demo is short but it was certainly enough to get me excited about the finished product. According to the developer’s description of the game, this point&click platform adventure game will rely heavily on creative thinking, character interaction, story and … poking.
