Explore The Underworld As A Backflipping Skeleton In Super Skelemania

Posted on November 1, 2016 by Thomas Faust

If you cannot get enough of the Halloween vibe, you should try your hand at Super Skelemania, a neat little metroidvania starring a cute skeleton. Exploring an infernal-looking, spider-infested underground complex, you gather upgrades in order to progress even further. That’s merely par for the course, but the execution makes this one worth a closer look and a Greenlight vote.

Sporting some lovely animations – bowling your skull forward in order to traverse tight passageways is probably my favorite – and a palpable love for genre classics, Super Skelemania certainly deserves your support. Sadly there’s no release date yet, but you can try a short demo playable on itch.io and Gamejolt. For more information, follow developer Ben Allen on Twitter.
