‘Apsulov: End of Gods’ Takes Players to an Unsettling Viking Future

Apsulov: End of Gods explores a futuristic sanctuary to the Nordic Gods, tasking you with finding buried secrets perhaps best left forgotten.

Apsulov: End of Gods takes the player to a dark future inspired by Norse mythology. A sanctuary buried deep in the earth was supposed to lead to answers, but instead unleashed something into Midgard – something that uses the technology of humanity to fuel a thirst for destruction. Perhaps you’ll be able to do something about that in your journeys through this world.

Apsulov: End of Gods‘ trailer was on display at the Sweden Game Conference 2018 hinting at a dark atmosphere, some frightening presences, and a foreboding shrine filled with runes and strange machinery. You have lost your hand to some beast, finding it’s been replaced by a mechanical one that can be adjusted and enhanced in ways that are unknown at this time.

Apsulov: End of Gods warns that it may disturb you with gore and unsettling imagery, so expect a chilling adventure once this place opens its doors to you.

Apsulov: End of Gods is slated for release in Q3 2019. It can be wishlisted on Steam.
