Fuzzy is a game that looks at how we should program self-driving cars, examining them through ethically-challenging questions.
With the future getting closer and closer, we are starting to see self-driving cars delivering pizza and bringing people to their destinations. So, how we have these driver-less cars deal with potentially dangerous situations is something that needs to be carefully considered. This game is basically an interactive survey which allows you to answer questions and pick what happens.
Fuzzy features 19 questions total, and whatever option you pick is then played out on the screen. You can decide to take animals into consideration, driver safety, punish misbehavior, or not decide at all, watching your safe driving (or horrible catastrophe) happen. Once you have made your decision, you will be shown a graph of how other people have answered the same thing.
The goal of Fuzzy is to help shape the future of autonomous cars AI – so being apart of this game does feel like helping the future.
You can play Fuzzy in your browser or on your Android device on Itch.io.
