Godly Corp jazzes up office work by having you deal with insect infestations, chainsaw robots, and trips to space. Plus you have tentacles instead of hands. Plus all life will be wiped out if you mess up.
Godly Corp takes you on as a tentacled intern at a company tasked with managing the universe. To keep things running smoothly, you have to carry out basic office jobs like answering phones, building stuff, shooting invaders, slapping bugs, and playing the violin. It’s all quite ordinary, except you have to do it with a sticky tentacle. It’s not exactly a precise limb, making these tasks a bit more challenging than they’d seem at first.
Since tentacles would make even one task complicated, you’ve naturally got to juggle several of them all at once. Godly Corp will have you keeping several things going, like shooting drones while keeping your plant watered, or playing an instrument as you keep up with calls. This perfectly captures the feeling of office work, as you always feel like you’re falling behind and that your cursed body cannot keep up.
If you somehow get used to tentacle life, Godly Corp also offers hidden bits of lore and many fun secrets to be found. You just have to be willing to play around with stuff to find it. Just try not to wipe out the universe while you poke around. Galactic extermination is probably at least grounds to get written up.
Godly Corp is available for $7.99 on Steam.
This game sounds challenging but fun! The trailer is so fun to watch. The graphics look flawless. And the soundtrack is awesome too. I wonder how it’s like to live life with tentacles?
