La Dispute’s Pilgrimage takes you on a musical journey, exploring a world as a story is built through visuals and sound.
You will be walking along a path, able to observe the world around you while the tracks play from La Dispute’s Panorama album, letting you reflect on the meaning of the lyrics as sound shapes the imagery before you.
While it has minimal interactivity, Pilgrimage is a compelling experience I think fans of meaningful music would appreciate. On top of that, it delivers a gorgeous visual aesthetic with spot-on colors. Watching this world change and evolve with its lyrics delivers a story in an intriguing, indirect way.
Come for the music, stay for the journey.
Pilgrimage is available on the official website and Itch.io.

I do get the artsy itch, and I’ve heard nothing but great things about PILGRIMAGE.
This game seems like a really interesting take on Adventure Visual Novels.
Coming up with a game like this with soothing art and music is grandiose.
But judging from the videos, screenshots, and reviews, it seems like La Dispute has a fantastic game under its belt.
And it’s definitely a game worth a try!
