Sticky Bodies wants you to catch some pals as you tumble on down, hopefully leading them all into a giant open mouth for big points. It’s…kinda silly.
For whatever reason, you’re falling alongside several other people and a bunch of cars, boats, livestock, and more. You want to reach out and stick to the other people who are hurtling to the ground along with you, sticking onto as many as possible before you reach the open mouth of someone at the bottom. The more people you bring together, the better your score. Just try not to hit too many obstacles on the way down. People don’t like it when you bash their heads off stuff.
As you feed human lives to this person, you’ll also be doing a silly tour of the UK, visiting several stages that are designed based off of real-world locales. In case you were wondering what these places would look like as you fell several stories downward in them. It’s definitely a unique view of some famous places.
The whole game is done with a Terry Gilliam/Monty Python visual style. Given the absurdities of many of GIlliam’s bits on the show, it feels very in-line with a silly game about holding hands with people so you can all be eaten together for a high score. It makes a ridiculous game even more ridiculous (while also looking pretty sharp), leaving you with a delightfully absurd use for your phone.
Sticky Bodies is available now on Google Play and the App Store.
