Seri’s dealing with bullies, being new in town, and the other miseries of school, but when she meets Carmen, she finally starts to feel something warm and enthralling.

Grunge follow’s Seri in discovering herself and her feelings for Carmen, all while navigating the troublesome, scary aspects of school, being in love, and being someone who dares to be different in some way. Their romance promises some hope for the young lady, but it won’t be without a great deal of trials and challenges.
On top of making choices as you figure your way through Seri’s life, you’ll also find yourself in turn-based RPG combat against the various idiots and jerks who set out to make your life difficult. It’s often a war of words as people call you awful names or bully you, and you have to fight back with harming insults and comebacks of your own. It can be vindicating to fight back, although some might still feel upset at having to face these familiar insults.
Grunge has a lot of extra stuff to do, offering one-hundred varied quests you can take on for the people in town who aren’t completely awful. These quests will affect the game’s endings, as well as the lives of the characters you’re helping out. You can also follow up on some secret storylines within the main tale if you take care of your friends just right. You might be in love (and dealing with all of the confusion, comfort, and heartache that comes with it), but don’t forget your buddies along the way.
