You’ll be in charge of our star: Takahata Tetsuo. Lucky for you, you have access to all his skills; he just needs a little help sorting some things. And dancing. And drinking. Oh, and holding a conversation with his beautiful coworker. You’ll have to sort through documents quickly by following the right markings, all while keeping an eye on that pesky rival of yours and make sure he doesn’t make a move when you’re indisposed. You can take a moment and talk to your crush, but don’t lose yourself – you’ll need to match up conversation queues to make sure you nail those topics on the head.
If balancing documents and conversations are a breeze, it’s time to make sure you hit all of those work parties, too! You have to uphold your reputation as the incredible office worker, after all. You’ll be given mini-games based on the party you’re invited out to. Hit all the right buttons to nail some dance moves, or keep a buzz going without getting too drunk at a drinking party. It’s a delicate balance, but believe in the powers of Takahata Tetsuo.
While the game sports no major end sequence, you can celebrate the fruits of your labors with a picture of a frog. And isn’t it about the journey after all? The hilarious premise and protagonist make it all worth a play.
