Roguelike action game UnderMine tosses you into a mine filled with all kinds of fighting tools and treasures ready for plundering. Maybe you can keep some of them when you get clobbered!
Mining for ores tends to be a dangerous task, but this game takes that a bit further. All kinds of strange monsters and colossal beats hang out in this deep, deep mine, but there’s so many tools and treasures to be found that it’s hard to resist taking the trip. As you collect lots of neat stuff, you may find your array of relics, blessings, and curses can lead to some unintended combinations. Hopefully good ones, or else your run through the mine will be short.
If you can dig deep enough, you might even unearth a new friend to chill with in the hub world. These pals offer some great upgrades that you can use on various runs, although not all of these folks are the nicest people. Still, when death is so prevalent and these folks can give you an edge, maybe you won’t question that shady person you just rescued as much.
UnderMine aims to offer a charming, challenging experience as you explore its depths in search of forbidden goodies. It’s got big bosses, oddball items, friendly (hostile) npcs, and an endless series of pathways to take within the earth. Just try not to let your greed make you take too many big risks while you’re wandering the stone halls.
