Trans Theft Horso tasks you with picking up your brother’s hormones in a western story full of crime, adventure, and trans joy.
This game is a quirky point and click style adventure game where you work through a bunch of delightful (and often strange mini-games) while trying to figure out what’s going on with the medicine routes. This involves run-ins with all kinds of compelling friends and foes, but thankfully you’ve got a courageous streak and a skunk on your head. Nothing’s going to stand in your way.

When I played through Trans Theft Horso at AdventureX I tried out a few of the mini-games, including a pancake making one (where you could put all sorts of sweet and savorys onto the pancakes) and a pet-related one where I needed to figure out the path that a little pet took through some pipes in hopes that they made it out alive.
The unexpected happens often throughout this narrative game. You can talk to some strange characters, ride a giant chicken, and even beat up a skeleton. There’s just a lot going on, all of which is joyful and adventurous – the game has a good sense of humor to it. Trans Theft Horso does feel like a game like no other, in the best sort of way. It’s personal. It’s silly. It’s got some wild characters that I could never think up.

I found myself captivated by the varied world that was created for this game – the silly storylines, the funny characters, the interesting mini-games. Even your replies are oftentimes hilarious and silly. It’s just a vibe in itself, and one well worth playing if you like something a bit experimental and funny that just shows someone’s joy on an adventure that you could never have in the real world.
Trans Theft Horso is available now on Steam.
