Art Sqool looks to help you become a better artist with a little help from an AI teacher, some neat brushes, and the colorful, inspirational world of the campus around you.
From developer Julian Glander, developer of charming exploration game Lovely Weather We’re Having, Art Sqool will have you taking on assignments from your neural network professor, creating lovely artwork for it to judge electronically. There’s fifty assignments to take on, but luckily, there is plenty of inspiration lying in wait in the dreamy landscapes Glander has created, letting you inhabit cheerful art as you look to make your own.
As you wander and look for your next masterpiece to strike you, you can collect a variety of brushes that will let you play around with your creative process, altering the visuals you can create. Just try to make your art as pretty as possible, though, as you’re being graded by an A.I., and clearly an A.I. would know everything there is to know about judging art.
Art Sqool looks to explore your own creativity, help you develop as an artist, and provide a delightful landscape for you to lose yourself inside should you be looking for inspiration within the game and without.
Art Sqool is currently slated to release in early 2019.
This song is going to be stuck in my head all day now. 😀
