Bombing!!: A Graffiti Sandbox gives you tons of spraypaint and plenty of walls and buildings to color, offering a massive canvas to play around with.
Spreading surprising, lovely art is one of my favorite aspects of graffiti. Finding some incredible drawing or expression hidden in some corner of a building wall, or a huge mural splayed across an abandoned store, adds a sense of adventure to your everyday walks and routes. It brings some color and life to these forgotten or dull places, and gives artists these massive places to express themselves upon. Many folks in law enforcement don’t seem to feel the same way, though, so exploring this creative desire in a game might be a bit safer. Unfortunately.
This game gives you a variety of different colors and cap patterns, letting you create pixel art graffiti wherever you like with reasonably little fear of getting a fine. The world of this game is almost entirely paint-able, so you’re free to let yourself go wild however you like. It may take a bit of experimentation to get a feel for how each of the sprays works, but you’ve got a big neighborhood to mess around in. No sense in worrying about making mistakes. Just play around with each color and spray until you have a comfortable feel for it.
Bombing!!: A Graffiti Sandbox offers a lovely, safe space to put your creativity to work in bringing art to an urban landscape. Or at least a place where you can draw a building-sized set of genitals without getting in any trouble.
Bombing!!: A Graffiti Sandbox is available now on itch.io and Steam.
