If you’ve dreamed of taking down your adversaries with a buddy, your dreams have come true as Cat Quest II has added co-op so players can take on the role as a cat and a dog.
You’ll need all the help you can get since the war between Felingard and The Lupus Empire has reached a tipping point. The cats and dogs are ready to let fur fly, so it’s time to find some common ground before it gets shredded to pieces. You will assume the roles of royals in the forms of cats and dogs. Reluctantly journeying together to discover more about their kingdoms and thrones, they’ll have to fight together to find their answers.
Building on the Cat Quest battle system, Cat Quest II offers more weapons (and new weapon types), new spells, and new passive abilities. With this level of customization, you’re free to build your character however you like, and you may just hit a purrfect combination to create just the right creature-kicker. If you don’t have a friend to play as the other role, you can use the handy switch mechanic to allow AI to take over for the other character that you’re not playing with. It’s good for those who don’t like being stuck in the same fur.
