‘Clam Man’ is a Ridiculous Adventure Under Da Sea

You’ve met a friendly crustacean in Clam Man, and it’s up to you to deal with his new unemployed life after he loses his premium job with a mayonnaise company.

Clam Man was content with his lowly office life until he’s let go from Snacky Bay Prime Mayonnaise, and now has to deal with his newer, less employed lifestyle. Still, why was he let go, anyway? With a little bit of chatting, puzzle-solving, and exploring, you just might find the more diabolical reasons behind his firing.

Given that the game focuses on nefarious goings-on at a mayonnaise company, it’s fair to assume that Clam Man is setting out to be a silly game. Much of the dialogue between sea life, narrative situations, events, and item descriptions are designed to make you chuckle a little bit, giving you the kind of delightful ridiculousness that makes for some enjoyable adventure play.

Clam Man’s developers are currently raising funding on IndieGoGo. A demo for the game is currently on Itch.io.
