Humanity has been forgotten and swept away, leaving only little traces of it here and there. In such a lonely and almost unfamiliar place, you’ll want to keep your friends close.
Fading Remnants revolves around a group of pals on a search for the protagonist’s sister. Players will face off against some increasingly difficult puzzles as they try to find clues from the local folk.
Something has left the hustle and bustle of humankind behind, but that won’t be at the forefront of the mysteries. You need to find your sister with very little to go on, so you’ll have to inquire with local animal folk that may want a little quid pro quo. With your puzzle-solving cap on, you’ll be able to trounce their quests and find out where on this shamble of an Earth your sister has run off to.
You won’t be alone on your journey. Being partnered with two friends, there will be rarely a moment without something to be said. You may even stumble upon a lighthearted moment between the cast if you find yourself at a certain place in the prototype. These scenes players can stumble on are great for getting to know characters, and I hope to see more in the full release.
