Like a fire but are not super keen on stacking wood for an entire Saturday? Fire Place can give you that roaring fire on a chilly night.
Fire Place gives you a few different places to set up your fire, offering a northwest Forest, an old brick fireplace in Seattle, a bright Santa Fe stucco, and the Washington coast for you to stoke the flame. Don’t expect to just turn this on like some screensaver, either, as you’re expected to keep the fire going by adding logs and tinder periodically. You can also work away at the fire with a poker and tongs. It’s your flame, and you need to maintain it.
For some added pizzazz, Fire Place features a handful of art styles that give you some more options in how you want your fire to look. More of these will be added as the season progresses as well, allowing you to enjoy a more abstract or unique flame during your next cold night (and if your monitor is like mine, get some nice heat from it, too).
