Yes, the office is going to burn down and people might die, but what about all those costly monitors and desks?
Fire$ale, which was on display at the Sweden Game Conference, has you helping a robot retrieve valuable furniture and electronics from burning buildings, gently tossing them out the window so they can be salvaged for cash. You’ll need to aim for soft fields of grasses, trampolines, or other plushy receptacles, though, else you may damage the equipment you’re trying to sell.
You’ll be racing around the building, knocking down doors while trying to get as much stuff out the windows in Fire$ale‘s short, timed rounds. If you do well, you’ll be complimented for your valuable work saving equipment. Don’t concern yourself with what the people in the building are doing, though. They’re fine, as their bodies are not easily salable and therefore do not need extra removal efforts.
As a costly robot, though, you need to keep yourself in tip-top shape, which can be a challenge when you’re standing near an inferno. Some healing Aloil Vera can be gotten from nearby dispensers (apparently burned robots are oddly common) to deal with your singed circuits, although every second you spend burning cuts into your profits. Also, make sure to toss yourself out the windows at the end of each stage. Your metal frame is costly, after all.
