Good Goods Incorporated masks a tricky supply-and-demand economy under a cute and simplistic visual style.
You will have to think carefully about how you are going to continuously turn profit as goods become increasingly expensive.
You will take control of a small company that is tasked with taking on contracts to deliver certain goods. At the start of your journey, the goods won’t be in high demand, so you’ll be able to make these first few deliveries fairly simply. Unfortunately, as these goods dry up, their prices rise, so you’ll have to start traveling further in order to fulfill the contract and still make a profit.
You’ll have access to delivery vans for short distances, boats to travel to coastal outposts, and airplanes when it’s about as far as you can get. These modes of travel steadily get more expensive, though, eating into your profits and making things steadily harder. If you run out of money, it’s game over and you’ll be bankrupt! So, try to keep as many contracts going that you can turn a profit for.
Once you’ve got a nice cushion of cash, take a moment and appreciate the simplistic style of a world based on our very own Earth. Then get back to work.
