Help Will Come Tomorrow enlists your aid in keeping stranded people alive despite a challenging climate and their social class-based bickering.
After a mysterious accident involving a railway train in 1917 Siberia, you will find yourself in a difficult predicament to oversee. You’ll be given nine people that come from all walks of life and social classes. To help guide you through interactions, you’ll be able to check how each character’s relationships are developing as time goes on. You can also check on their overall health and morale since you can’t mend bridges with dead people, after all. It helps to familiarize yourself with each character and their traits so that you can gauge how they will interact when conflict arises. While juggling these stiff interactions, you’ll guide characters to take certain tasks like building fires, going out on expeditions for resources, or crafting items to aid those who may not be faring well.
It’s all about survival, and if you don’t work together, you probably won’t make it very far. Keeping your people fed and watered won’t be enough to make it through the long nights. Decisions and conflicts will no doubt arise that make force you to summon your inner therapist. Some choices may cause a character’s morale to plummet, but perhaps some choices need to be made for the greater good. The game will challenge your empathy as you try to understand the perspective of each character, but it is imperative to keep all hands on deck. After all, you can’t afford to be squabbling if you find yourself facing off against some of the more dangerous sides of Siberia…
