When picking through the remains of busted up old spaceships, you better come back with something good or you may lose your head in Junkdogs.
Junkdogs, a story-driven RPG, revolves around a group of outlaw scavengers who need to pay off the bounty on their heads by doing what they do best: scavenging. If you can find some worthwhile goods aboard these drifting wrecks, you might just be able to pay off that price on your head.
Players will be able to sift through an abandoned freighter in hopes of finding something worthwhile. The ship isn’t without it’s complications, though, as you’ll have to solve some puzzles to get to every nook and cranny. You may find more than you bargained for, though.
You won’t be without conflict in Junkdogs, as other ships may pick a fight with you while you’re flying through space. Using a turn-based system, players will have to choose each action carefully to keep their own rickety ship intact. You’ll have a standard attack, along with a number of skills that can only be used a certain amount of times per battle.
For someone who enjoys finding the treasure hidden among the trash (and being shot at), Junkdogs looks to be a tense trip through dangerous space.
