Sophia the Traveler takes you on adventures in busy places, tasking you with finding interesting people and items hidden in the hectic worlds all around her.
Hidden object games have been around for many, many years. There are so many classics and more detailed games coming out often. Hidden Folks seems to have inspired a new surge in hidden object games, and Sophia the Traveler does feel inspired by that game in many ways.
In Sophia the Traveler, you are given a little comic strip style introduction to where Sophia is right now. She loves adventures and hanging out with her friends, so she’s often in various different scenes all around the world. You then have a sidebar that showcases a bunch of items and characters that you need to find within the picture.
You might need to rustle some leaves or open some cabinets so that you can actually find what you are looking for. Sophia the Traveler is a very wholesome game that feels cozy and relaxing. There are no timers or any issues if you click the wrong spot. With ten different scenes, you can find yourself lost in the world that Sophia is traveling through – but do remember to zoom out, as sometimes there is a lot more to the area than you might think at first! You can spend a great deal of time just trying to figure out where the items or characters are while enjoying the bustling scenes.
Sophia the Traveler is currently in development, but in the meantime, you can add it to your Steam wishlist.
