Stigmatized Property | 事故物件 lets you find some affordable living arrangements for yourself, although they happen to be mildly infested with the dead. You’ll be exploring one such spooky apartment complex in Japan as you work on settling into the place. Feel free to have a look around and try to figure out what’s all going on, here. Although maybe you’ll just want to park yourself in your bed at night and stare at the wall. Maybe you’ll avoid your spectral roommates that way.

Stigmatized Property | 事故物件 offers a touch of classic horror movie feel with its VHS-like filter, making the environments and events feel more surreal and otherworldly. More likely, they feel like someone’s lost home videos, and we all know how well you make out when you’re filming yourself doing anything in a horror movie or game. Although why you’re cheaping out on your apartment when you can afford a camcorder during the VHS era is beyond me.

The game aims to offer a chilling night of exploration in this claustrophobic, dark apartment complex, seeing how far your curiosity will push you in figuring out if this place is haunted or if it just has a bad reputation.
