Claybook takes you to a land made entirely of clay, to be molded and changed as you (and maybe some friends) see fit as you deal with its challenges and puzzles.
You’re tasked with helping some kids who’ve brought the Claybook to life. Each page offers some new activities for you to work through, using your ability mold and morph clay. You can deform it, shape it, shift it from solid to liquid, using the environments and your own globs of clay to deal with things.
The beauty of clay is in creating for yourself, which Claybook also lets you do. You can mess around in the game’s sandbox mode, simply creating places and items for yourself. Should you really like what you’ve built, or if you create a fun challenge for other players, you can put it out to the community to try as well. Which is cross-platform, which means you’ll have many clay places to goof off in.
Playing with clay is great and all, but being able to do it with your pals is even better. The game offers a split-screen co-op mode (on PS4, Xbox One, and Steam) where you can all mess around with clay together, and all without making a huge mess. Or having to choke out whoever mixed the colors.
Claybook is available now on the Nintendo Switch (Switch version lacks split-screen co-op), PS4, Xbox One, and Steam.

What a charming whimsical game!
Claybook looks really well optimized.
I think it’ll make an excellent go-to game for anyone looking to chillax.
And yeah, judging from the Claybook Switch Launch Trailer, the game feels satisfying.
I heard that this one comes with a level editor? That just makes Claybook more amazing then, along with the 4-player split-screen co-op mode.
Very nice!
