Here Comes Niko! has you working as a professional friend. Being able to help people for a living sounds like a pretty great job, though.
Well, as a professional friend, you need to head on over to a couple of islands and help out the people who live there. All of them. You’re a professional, so you don’t get to pick and choose who you help. So, if a turtle can’t find his husband, you’re on it. Doesn’t matter if you’re not great at detective work. It’s not always as hard as a missing persons case, thankfully. Sometimes, you’ll just be doing a little art with someone, or maybe taking a short fishing trip. Could just be listening to them for a little while. Whatever these people need, you’re supposed to take care of them.
The colorful characters and art style make this ‘job’ an easy one to enjoy. The people of the world have been created with a lovely visual style, which made it a treat just to see who I could meet. The islands themselves are lovely as well, giving you a variety of different striking places to visit. Just because you have to help everyone doesn’t mean you don’t have time to just appreciate the splendor of these places for a while. Being a friend is supposed to be fun, even if it’s a job, so be sure to enjoy your time on and off the job.
Here Comes Niko! is a relaxing experience in helping your neighbors and finding time to help them with their problems. It promotes a lovely sense of togetherness even if you are doing this as a job.
